Google Voice Search fails on first try

Not sure if this is a common problem or not but when I try asking Google Now a question like "Whats the weather like today" it always fails on the first try. If I click the retry link it takes about 30 seconds to return a successful answer. Is anybody else experiencing this? Any fix? I'm full stock, non-rooted 4.2.1.

Not here, just tried that exact question and got a instant and correct response... even with my southern draw...

No problem here and I only say one word "weather" you get the same results as a lengthy sentence.

No problems here just say "weather" gets local straight away or say "weather Orlando" and that's what it displays.
