    Default Nexus 7 16gb wifi vs nexus 7 32gb 3g

    hi,
i'm thinking of selling my wifi version and getting a new 32gb 3G nexus 7. i'm very happy with my current nexus 7 and it doesn't have any problem like others reporting.
so i'm a bit skeptical about selling my current nexus given the fact that there are so many defected nexus in the market.

however, i also can't resist the greed of the having the new 32gb 3g nexus.
beside 3g and bigger storage, does it have any other major difference that i should be knowing?

    thanks guys,

No difference, although it's a newer model so I doubt you'll see any of the problems that some users experienced with first-run N7s.

Also, on that subject: think of how many users that were NOT in this forum posting about their perfect first-run Nexus 7 tablets compared to the few that posted WITH problems. I doubt it was as wide-spread as some would believe.

Hope you enjoy the 3G tablet. I know the next tab I buy will have a mobile data connection. It's the only thing my 8GB is lacking (from personal experience.)

Buy it, you won't regret it! I like being able to turn mine on anywhere I am and not worry about finding a WiFi connection. I have had ZERO problems with mine just like with my Nexus 4.

You can pick either AT&T or T-Mobile and they will ship with that sim in the box. You can switch to the other carrier if you decide later. AT&T has the tablet setup to sign up right on the tablet. With T-Mobile, I ordered a sim and then called them to have it activated. The N7 doesn't take you to a website to sign up like AT&T does.

Just for fun a few nights ago, I connected my N7 through bluetooth to my car and streamed Google music through it that I didn't have stored on the tablet.

The "so many defective N7's" is largely a case of the vocal minority. I have a N7 that I ordered within minutes of the device being announced/on sale and it has been rock solid for me.

Remember that a lot of N7's have been produced, and produced in a factory. There will always be faulty devices but Billions of dollars are spent every year trying to minimize faulty devices from mass production in pretty much every industry. Think of any device that has, say, 10 million units built. If there is a 2% rate of defective units out of the factory, that is still 200,000 units. 200,000 defective devices may seem like a lot but when you consider that 10 million were produced, it is actually a pretty small number in the overall scheme.
