Are all the Nexus 7 devices still broke out of the box?
I bought 22 Nexus 7 tablets at launch, not all at once but returned and got a replacement, over the course of about a month. They all had screen rise to the point of horrible and squeeky noises. Are the screens now finally fixed and absolutely 100% not rising up even a fraction of a milimeter?

If you search the forums you'll find that almost nothing is 100% fixed. I'd recommend Apple for you.

I'm on third first two had washed out look and kept freezing. This third has a slight screen lift but I can live with it because the colors are perfect when netflexing or watching porn.

Re: Are all the Nexus 7 devices still broke out of the box?
Look, I have a 100% aversion to even the slightest flaws and I'm pretty much OCD when it comes to electronics and the sorts. I could have dealt with horrible software bugs but not even a slight flaw. Once my brain realizes there's a flaw, back it goes. I wish I could be like the rest of you but the mere thought of it makes me cringe. I guess I really will have to wait for another 7inch Nexus then, thanks for the helpful replies for those who did.

I have only owned one Nexus 7 and still do it. It has been perfect since day one.

Nobody believed you the first time you said it, nobody believes you now. You have 65 posts here at AC, and every one of them is a complaint about an Android device or cheerleading for a company that isn't related to Android. I know, I just read every one of them.
Feel free to tell me I'm so wrong and you have went through every single Nexus 7 that was ever made, but know that none of us believe you, and nothing you can say will make any of us believe you.(•‿•)Thanked by 11:+ Show/Hide list of the thanked

I bought mine soon after launch. After about a month the speakers blew. Google replaced it for free, and this one has been running flawlessly, since Oct of 2012.

Jerry did a fine job of saying what everyone wants to say to a post like this; let's be sure that from now on we're discussing the Nexus 7 rather than troll-ish posts.

PatRepresent yourself well; you never know what might happen. And try out the new Android Central app!

Softbricking be damned.
