Nexus 9 Tablet: Pre Order Thread. Are you getting one?

I'm anxiously waiting to preorder it, but until the "sand" version is available, I'm holding off. I wish Google or HTC would let us know when the sand color and LTE models will be available... And not, "Coming Soon".

I'm not hard-pressed to pre order. My N7 (2013) is doing just great running the Lollipop preview, and I'd like to get a hands-on of the N9 at Best Buy before I decide whether to take the plunge. I'm actually liking the idea of the 4:3 aspect ratio, though, because I mostly read and browse from the N7 now; very rarely do I watch video on it.

I just preordered from Best Buy, 32 GB Black. Sold my Nexus 7 on Craigslist for $140. Best Buy claims I'll get it on 11/4, we'll see.

I want to get one so bad and trade in my iPad mini 2. But I didn't like the chrome browser on my nexus 7 2013. I'm waiting for this to show in stores so I can see if the browser is better

I perordered Through amazon the Hour they went on Preorder. I also Have prime so i did overnight shipping and it says it will arrive on the 4th.

Apparently you can preorder in-store, but they'll still ship it to your house.

I preordered a white one with 32GB. I was told I would get if by 11\5 but I never got a shipment email today, 11\3, so I called Best Buy to check on it. At first they couldn't find my order and then they found it but told me I wouldn't get it until 11\13 to 11\26.
I notice they're saying sold out online now.

I opened the email thinking it was my package tracking notice. The tablet had gone from waiting, to Processing, even charging my credit card, but never said "shipped".

So much for Christmas in November.

My nerves are shot, jumping every time I hear any kind of truck coming up the hill. Delivery window is supposedly between 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM and it's only 10:51AM as yet, LOL!

I pre-ordered my 32gig tablet on Amazon the day they opened it up for pre-order. I STILL haven't gotten it and it says there is no update for shipping. Best Buy has been handing out their pre-orders in store but no stock on the 32gig...and they only had one 16gig.

Why the heck did I pre-order if I am not getting it the day it comes out...or within two days with my prime! Super Angry here.

But no such luck, I got an email from Best Buy saying it should be shipped between November 13th and December 3rd. I also ordered the keyboard cover from Amazon when it went up for pre-order and haven't heard anything from them either.
I hope they are worth the wait.

UPDATE: Yesterday I received an email from UPS informing me that a package will be delivered today. A few hours later I got an email from Best Buy telling me that my order had shipped. After believing their first message that it wouldn't be available for up to 4 weeks, it was a nice surprise.

Me too. I canceled Best Buy order and created a new order on Play Store. It's looking like I'll get mine on Friday now. Much better than waiting 'til Thanksgiving.

Received mine today. Ordered from play store next day air.

Mine arrived roughly 2:30 PM, I checked that it would turn on, shoved it in an old Nook HD+ case for transport and took it over to the casino for fast WiFi, since all I've got at home is a little prepaid 3G mifi device and limited bandwidth.

Did the update, downloaded a bunch of apps, a couple books and a magazine, checked out how my favorite games looked and sundry messing around until about 4:30, then went and had dinner and kept playing with it until shortly before 7PM. It had 60% battery on arrival, but was at 11% when I put it on the charger at 7PM. However, it was charged 100% by 11PM, I was pleased by that after seeing some reports of slow charging times. Four hours is plenty fast enough for me.

Anyway, enjoying both Lollipop and the device so far! Tried to find the official Nexus 9 Guidebook in the Play Store, but guess it hasn't been released yet. Still adjusting to the new aspect ratio, the tablet feels so wide right now compared to my Nexus 7.

The Nook HD+ case is too large, ordered a generic case from Amazon, can't wait until it gets here!

I also had gotten an email that mine wouldn't be shipped until Nov 13 to 27, but yesterday got a text it had shipped and got it today. Got white 32 GB. On it now! Its nice!

I just ordered my LTE Nexus 9 from Tmobile. Its getting delivered on Monday!! Can't wait. Looking to do a project in max with the tablet as the main head unit!
