How do I deselect GMAIL from handling all my email on Nexus 9

I just got my Nexus 9. The GMAIL app said it can handle all my email, which I selected. Now it finds my personal email, but it cannot find my two business 365 account servers. The stock email app when opened says go to GMAIL. How can I have GMAIL not handle all my email?

Go to settings, applications, all apps, find the Gmail app and clear the defaults, Also find the Email app and clear the defaults from that one as well.
