Nexus One Wifi issues after unlocking bootloader
Yesterday I tried to root my nexus on which is running firmware FRG83. There is almost no help out there for root for this firmware. What has limited more is the I have a Mac. And obviously people with Android phones don't like Macs. Anyway, I used fastboot to unlock my bootloader and tried to use the superboot to root it. I think I used the wrong superboot or something because my wifi doesn't work and I have the SuperPermissions icon on my phone, but not root permissions at all.
Does anyone have any help to get this fixed. I just want my wifi to work or to be able to fully root my phone and install a different rom to maybe fix the wifi?

Same problem here plus the added problem of shutting down automatically reboots my n1.

I do believe I fixed mine! If you run their instructions for preparing for Gingerbread, everything works muy perfecto!
Update: I seem to have lost root access.. but, for my NExus One to be working flawlessly again, I am not all that upset.Last edited by miniZ; 11-09-2010 at 03:10 PM.
