Why can't I change the lockscreen Wallpaper?

When you go to apply the wallpaper in the normal way, it asks you if you want it as your homescreen, lock screen, or both.

It does ask with regular wallpaper, but not the live ones. The same live wallpapers are used for both lockscreen and home screen.

I just tried to duplicate what the OP is talking about and now I understand. You can have different lock and home screen wallpapers, but you have to add a regular wallpaper first to the lock screen, if you want to use a live wallpaper on the home screen. If you want to use a live wallpaper for the lockscreen, it has to be for the home screen also. For regular wallpaper on either it works normally.

I really like the live wallpapers, I wish they had more.
