Text Message Issues With AT&T

Anybody run into issues where you have to tap to download a text message but it never downloads?

Mobile data is definitely on but where do I confirm that APN settings?

Yup that's what mines set to.

I have. I believe it comes from the advanced messaging feature being turned on from the senders phone. However instead of asking everyone to turn that off, the work around I found was using a different sms app (Textra) and it works just fine.

Yeah I'm going to load up textra but would've liked to try and keep it all oem for a while.

I'm going to call AT&T tomorrow to see if they can do something on their end. Maybe updating my imei in their system might help since this is not an official AT&T device.

I've been swapping my sim from multiple devices so maybe it got screwy somehow in their system.
