Is anyone FB's app acting extremely buggy? Before the update I received yesterday, I couldn't open the comment section of a post unless I reset the app, after the update, when I play a video it want to connect to a Chromecast device. Can't close the notification in the notification area.

Seems like it's an issue with the Facebook app across the board, not just for Pixel phones. My mom's Galaxy S5 had the same notification. Had to force stop Facebook for it to go away.

My wife's S7 has been having the chromecast notification for a few days. After looking online force closing FB is the only way to clear it but it will probably come back if you watch a FB video again.

It's for sure the FB app to blame not the device.

Not facebook, but my ESPN fantasy football app won't allow me to use the back button. Only the back button built into the app at the top of the screen. Worked fine on my turbo. Maybe it's just that the app doesn't support the on screen keys?

Tapatalk wouldn't let me use the upper left on screen back button last night I restarted my phone this morning and it seems to have resolved.

I had the same issue with my Facebook on Nexus 4, what version are you using now?

It's a FB issue. Toggle allow notifications off then back on will clear it temporarily, but it will reappear after watching a FB video. Google product forums has lengthy threads on this.
