Pixel XL Silver Boot Looping?

So I got my new Pixel XL 128 GB Quite Silver. It worked fine for about an hour or so and then started boot looping. I couldn't fix it so now I'm waiting on a replacement (who knows how long that will take).

I've looked online and I haven't been able to find very many cases of the Pixel phones boot looping, but the few I found all seemed to the the Silver version. It's really hard to imagine that the color of the phone has anything to do with anything but all the cases appear to be Silver.

Has anyone else seen or heard of the phones looping? If you have, is it Silver?

Anyone know a fix for the pixel boot looping?

The best fix for a brand new phone that is boot looping is a call to support and getting a new phone.

I think (not sure) I was able to get the old pixel to reboot in recovery mode. So far seems to be working okay. I'll still switch it out though.
