Have you ever tried swappa.com? You might be able to find one there, although it's tough to find these phones. Do you have any family in the States that could order you one?

Swappa is a sale website where people sell their devices. Kind of like eBay. But with much lower fees. I've had a ton of success on there. Check it out.

Why not just but the European model and do the GPE conversion. You'll end up with the same thing and probably save yourself some money.
