I got spammed on Google Play reviews, what can I do ?

Hello all,
It seems like this kiddy Developer Can't handle Fair competition thus he spammed my application Reviews with fake comments and one star rating
What got me questioning is how can't google handle spamming O_o
Second, what Can i Do about it ?

Competitor is TubeMate (based on his comments)

I cannot view the reviews, but contact google or relaunch it?

Also I think it is lame and google should implement something against spam...

Don't know how fast they'll respond and how competent those support guys are, as I've never contacted them before...

I have already contacted them, still no reply, is there any possible way to remove the spam ?
Funny thing is how lame is google, Can't you handle spam, like REALLY ?
