"unfortunately, google play store has stopped" need help, tried everything.

i have a zte force, rooted.
i get this error, every time i open the play store, ive tried.
-clear cache, data, force close.
-switching accounts.
-disabling and enabling download manager.
-uninstalling updates.
-full factory reset.

nothing at all seems to work.
yet the thing is, when i clear cache data and force close, i can open the play store like nothing happened, but the moment i try to download an app.
BAM crashes.

I have the exact same problem! its very annoying.
I'm using HTC one S.
when it crashes then it says the app has stopped, and the phone spams that notification. at the end I have to restart my phone by holding the button that turns on the screen, because the phone lags completely, it does not respond in any other way. after this sometimes I need to restart the phone again.
this happens only when I want to update apps or download new, everything else seems okay.
please help :|
