Why am I getting an error in the Play Store?

This is what it say when am downloading. could not be doenloaded due to an error (error while retrieving information from server [RPC:S-7:AEC-72H6W-ZIVBTNFZI])

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't help, go to Settings>Accounts, remove your Google account, then add it back again.

Also, make sure you have a valid form of payment associated with your Play Store account.
