Google Play Store not working
I'm having an issue with my Google Play and I require assistance in solving it.

When I tried connecting to the Play Store, with full Internet connection, it still says "No Connection,Retry". After I tried clearing the data and cache,then I relaunched the app with no success.
As a last resort, I did a factory reset on my device.I now get the choice to either login with an existing account or create another account. I logged on to my account and I still cannot connect to Play Store. I tried creating a new account but with every username I set, they all were "not available".
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
Because of this, I cannot play games and use apps I want since they require Google Play services.
