Google Play Store cant update some applications

Hello. I am new here. I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 2016, and some updates in Google Play Store is not working. Most of updates of my applications works fine, but for Spotify and One Notes ( Microsoft ) havent worked. I try and appears a message : "you need to login your Google account" . Well, I am already logged, since I can update most of my applications, but for those two applications the update cant be done. The error happens every time. What can I do? Thanks.

It seems that my strange problem doesnt have a solution, I havent gotten any response for it.

What are the alternatives? I am thinking in sending a ask for help to Spotify and Microsoft, directly. The apps which I am not getting to update are from these companies. And there is another app , the Google Music. A Google app, in Android System.
