Have uninstalled the sim, disabled Hangouts, deleted updates to Hangouts( pre-installed and won't delete) cleared the data cache. Nothing has worked so far. Any clue?
After two plus hours using online chats, email and phone conversations I am going back to cricket. The problems Google is having with hangouts is a disaster. The service team over at Fi are polite, but somewhat inept. They don't even overnight a sim replacement. Seriously don't think this is a long lasting "project". Never got the call back from the person I was speaking with either.
