    Default Ordered from Handtec

I took the plunge and, ordered a Galaxy Nexus from Handtec. I'm going to try the phone out with a pre-paid card before I decide to port my number. Maybe when the Verizon model comes out I'll stay with them and sell the GSM model, it just depends. I already have a Xoom and, Mifi with them so VZW will still love me if I dump the phone service.

I received my phone form handtec and I'm very impressed so far. The UI, smoothness, music player and, overall OS is much improved.

I believe so. I don't have that particular plan but, I just tested it on my pre-paid plan and I'm getting the same speed i was getting before when I had HSPA+. On the GSM Galaxy Nexus, it doesn't show 4G like the U.S. phones just H or 3G.

What kind of battery life are you experiencing through the day? DOes the LED Notification Light work as previewed for all texts and Emails received on T-Mobile network? Does Visual VM work on the network for the GN?

The battery life is really good and rivals my iphone 4, especially after a few charge cycles. The LED lights up white for emails. I'm not sure about text because it's not my primary phone and I haven't received many. I haven't tried visual voicemail yet. I think it's got to be setup or just doesn't work on T-mobile. I'm not sure though.

i was thinking of switching to that plan.

right now im using 70ish dollars plan off contract

    500 mins + unlmt txt + 5 gb data at 4g

but i never use even close to 500 mins

so...my question is does the monthly 30 dollar plan
    include
    -free nights and weekends?
    -free tmobile to tmobile calling?
and what happens when you go over 100 mins?
do they charge by the minute? and how much?

i know kind've off topic...but it might help me pull the trigger on a new phone if i can get my monthly bill down

There are no free minutes except for calling 611. Extra minutes are billed at 10¢.

I'm using VoIP when at home on WiFi and using mobile voice minutes elsewhere. In this scenario, 100 mins are enough for me.
