I was seriously considering returning my 4S that I bought while waiting for VZW, but I'm starting to really grow fond of the camera and video capabilities on this phone. I haven't seen any video comparisons except , and the GN video looks choppier to me than the 4S. Is this what current users are experiencing?

Def not the case. The GN has a better sensor but has a slight issue with the focus. Software updates should help this problem.

If that is gonna keep you from getting the nexus take a look at the other feature of the nexus. It's better in every way. Working for UPS, I see far too many iPhones being shipped back because they are soo easily broken.

Thanks for the feedback. Good to hear. I'm coming to the Nexus with little Android knowledge, with a lot of experience with old WinMo, Blackberry and IOS products. To me the main reasons to switch the the Nexus are screen size and LTE. And things I'm giving up switching from the 4S are the camera, and surprisingly to me, Siri.

You mentioned "it's better in every way." Give me a few examples of where it's been better for you. That would be very helpful.

I've had the GN for a week, and haven't seen any choppiness. Runs very smooth and haven't had any hiccups.

there are plenty of picture and video comparisons between the two phones that have been posted online. my gnex comes in on wed. i'll also let u know my findings.
