How do I add all my contacts from outlook

How do I add all my contacts from outlook. The people at my Verizon store set up the phone for me and most of my contacts were transfered to my phone but I have found that several did not make it. How do I get them on my phone?

Easy as pie:

1. from Outlook > import/export > csv file > select contacts folder > save to e.g. desktop
2. from Gmail (PC) > Contacts > More > Import > Choose file > select the csv file you exported

Make sure you have sync enabled on your GN

Still having a problem! I am not seeing a csv file. I see a .vcs file I can import but no csv file. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help so far!

It should be the first entry on the list: Comma Separated Value.
