    Default GN Keyboard toggle

Why is it that there is no keyboard button on the GN keyboard so you can toggle it on or off when filling out a form for an app or website? Very frustrating when you can't get to the OK or Next button in an app or site.

Hit the back button. It always closes the keyboard but doesn't affect anything else if you only hit it once.

Hmm, that is fine for hiding, but how can I summon it? Sometimes it closes and there's no back to get it back... On my Desire a long press on the menu button did that.

Tap on a text entry field.

No, except, seriously how do you summon it. let's say you don't have a text field and you want to summon the keyboard so you can go 'next' and stuff over a bunch of buttons. Then how do you do it?
