Default How do you remove light scratches from the screen?

Light scratches from normal usage. They aren't noticeable except under direct sunlight, but I'd still like to remove, or at least reduce them, if at all possible.

Putting a screen protector on might hide them

Not gonna happen. A nice wet application screen protector might help hide it.

    But it doesn't scratch! See:

You can try the XO Skins.

Screen Protector | Screen Protectors | Shield | XO Skins

Their product video says that it fills in scratches when applied.

I just tried the sandpaper on mine but the scratch seems like it stayed the same, it is even worse? It also seemed to reveal more scratches. Any advice?

Screen guard is the best option, a little shiny screen cover will hide all scratch and protect screen from further damage.

You can use Jeweler's rouge and an electric buffer (Dremel works) it's a lot of hard work and best left to a professional.

I have always loved the screen protectors from Screenguardz. Compared to the ones at Best Buy (forget which brand), they are extremely smooth and the anti-glare is great. Here's the one for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus...

Also, if you already have scratches in your touch screen since you didn't have a screen protector there in the first place ( duh, ), you might check out the compound from these guys. It looks like industrial grade stuff or something of the sort.

TDI-LLC Technology - Resurfacing Compound Set

I think I would live with it or buy a new phone before I would pay $90 for that compound. I think a screen protector will cover up or lighten most existing scratches.
