Default Does anyone have an easy way to flash to yakju?

I tried following the directions on this link:

    But all three methods failed.

I might have questions after you post directions, too.

My bootloader is already unlocked. It came that way.

What OS is on your computer, and what happened when it failed?

Fastboot just says "waiting for device" and never does anything afterwards.

    Windows 7

You don't have the driver installed properly. I'm mobile (out walking the dog lol) so I don't have a link to give, but you can search CyberWarriors thread about unlocking and rooting in the Verizon Nexus forums. It has the solution for “waiting for device“.

    This is so frustrating!

I found the drivers, but I'm having trouble getting them installed properly.

That's the hardest part. After that, the methods you posted earlier will work like a charm.

There has to be an easier way to do this.

I tried changing it to yakju using the xda forum thread, everything went okay, but the phone refuses to download apps from the Play Store, giving package file invalid error..

Update: Did the whole procedure again, now working..

This may be what you're already looking at, but this is what I followed to change mine. The driver download is in the second post. I didn't have any problems switching. I have a gsm version on T-mobile.

I'm going to try the directions in this link. After that, I'll probably pull my hair out if it doesn't work.

That second post has "noob" directions. It has me download Samsung Kies. I guess that will get me the right drivers (hopefully).

I found a 4.0.4 backup image for cwm on xda. Downloaded it, unzipped using androzip put in back up folder in cwm and bam I had 4.0.4 with yakju build. Lost root but still have cwm. Kinda weird if ya ask me. The link has been takin off xda too.
