Is the picture quality from the camera improved as it was supposed to be for the Xoom?

Much simpler method.


I forced it last night with the following method which worked perfectly. It take no credit for this method since found it on a post.
Go to settings,?apps, click on All. Scroll down to Google Framework Services and click on it. Press Force Stop, and then Clear Data. Now settings, phone, check upgrade. May need to do it twice.

After 10 minutes my phone was upgraded.
Makes me wonder why google doesn't clear data automatically in framework services.

I just did this and,and my phone is now updating to 4.0.4.
