Hi, recently i updated to 4.0.4, and while it seems to have fixed a couple things with the phone, im now noticing some lag when unlocking the phone and looking through the gallery. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Try is factory reset your phone. That may help.

thanks for the advice, but i may have solved it. When i updated my software some wallpapers i cropped may have corrupted, and having it set as my background may have slowed it down. I changed my wallpaper now and deleted the old ones and so far it seems like its working better
