Default Need Help - Cannot Set/Edit APNs - Nexus i9250 (GSM)

Can anyone help me on this?

I just picked up a second Samsung Galaxy Nexus i9250 (GSM), and I am not able to either edit (or add) a new A P N (Access Point Name).

Nothing appears in the list. This is an unlocked i9250 global version, running a month-to-month T-Mobile cellular service SIM card.

My other (first) i9250 is the same device, and has no trouble running T-Mobile (and, I can set/edit the APNs on this device).

    Its Android 4.0.4.

Both phones are identical, but I absolutely cannot set the APN in my second i9250 .... thus, no phone/text/data service (doesn't even show my phone number!)

All help will be greatly appreciated!

Bad firmware; I had it replaced with an i9250 GSM, unlocked (in white). My thanks to all
