A copy of the court's decision is attached. It's over 100 pages long and just started looking through it. Apple has to post close to a 100 million dollar bond to compensate Samsung in the event the injunction was wrongfully issued.

Which I'm sure they'll quickly do. I believe the real trial starts at the end of July? I guess we'll see what happens then.

According to the decision, the trial won't be until July 2014. If the decision stands pending trial, this means no more Galaxy Nexus sales in the US.

absolute trash... Stupid apple. I don't want their crappy phone or overpriced apps. They already have a mountain of money... I always thought competition was a good thing.

This is nonsense. I'm so mad right now. I already posted in the news article but i feel so helpless against something so.... SILLY. There's no word for it. i mean COME ON! This needs to stop. Apple is becoming this huge spike strip on the smartphone freeway. In what industry has someone NOT emulated someone else's idea. It's what happens in modern business, that's how the world works for cryin out loud! I wish we could do something to support Samsung, but what can we do? Anyone have any ideas? If the entire android community came together (starting with this massive online central command station known as android central) we would have some SERIOUS weight to throw around. I dunno, maybe I'm just venting but this seriously ruined my night. I love what google does, i love what the manufacturers put out, i feel like we need to at least try and do something. Who is with me? Let's take some action!

I'm due for my update on Sunday. Does this mean I'm SOL? I've been waiting forever for a new phone finally picked one, now this. I'm on Sprint if that matters.

I think its time for Google to pull all apps off iOS. Yes they will take a loss at first, but in the long run it should be worth it. Even if 10-20% of iOS users switch to another platform, that will hurt Apple. That could be 6 million sales lost. Not enough to cripple apple but its enough for them to not hit sales and revenue forecasts for their shareholders. At this point I think its Google and androids only choice at thus point. Apple won't stop until the wallet gets thinner.

I don't think Google would do that. They've already restrained from bashing Apple at their I/O and I don't think they will stoop so low and play such dirty tricks just yet.

I am getting so tired of all this Apple injunction crap, I want this phone. Apple did not invent technology and it is about time they just stood on the merit of their products, not on the coat tails of their attorneys!

This just shows how apple is a greedy corporation not a company that cares about tech but about the bottom line. In my nightmares I find out that Google is like this hope they never start playing on the low level that apple is its pathetic really.

They need to do something. Now Apples going after the nexus again, its only a matter of time before they get the balls to go after Google. I think they see that this year is the year the start the downward slide. After trying to get every new phone banned this year, and the genius employee not selling to someone based on A language they speak, are not good PR for them. After Google I/O's announcements compared to WWDC, Apple has nothing to offer but lawsuits. Looking at leaked iPhone pics also shows they have no idea what people want anymore.

Let's sue every electronic company for copying Alexander Graham Bell's idea off the telephone. Apple is so enclose and **** hurt that they can't innovate anything (siri, retina display)... Notice they didn't sue until Samsung became more popular than them. Samsung should not renew their contract on micro chips with Apple when it's up. They make 98% of chips in the world. The other 2% wouldn't be enough to meet supply and demand of the next pathetically obsolete Apple device

You're already buying a competing product. That's good enough. Go donate to a homeless shelter instead of crying about this.
