Upgrade to 4.0.4 on a GSM yakjuxw phone

It's been months since the update to 4.0.4 has been released by Google. How come my GSM yakjuxw Gnex phone isn't receiving the update?

Does anyone know if Samsung has released the update? or when it will?

I really would like to keep my phone current that's why I went with the Galaxy Nexus, but I can't afford to reset my phone completely nor can I afford to have it malfunction due to a manual update.

no, but update manually on yakju an it works fine

I took a leap of faith and I upgraded manually to the yakju version... Had some problems with dropped calls and signals but I managed to fix it with an upgrade I found

I have the same build and just got the 4.04 update today. I'm slightly squimish about flashing a yakju build...?

there is an official OTA from last week for yakjuxw. you do not loose any information on the phone and no factory reset is needed

Found a download for the yakju update on Androidpolice

Downloading right now, crappy internet connection, so, it'll 25 mins..

Hi,

I have gsm galaxy nexus version yakjuzs and i would like to manually update it to the new 4.1.1.

Can i use the official update from google source to update ?

P.S i have a base build IMM76K and it shows that the manually update work only on IMM76I.

Or i have to wait for the OTA update ?
