Default Red exclamation point horizontal Droid in Recovery mode

    hey guys

just got a nexus last week. first droid (after all iPhones).

I flashed it to JB 4.1 last week, after using Wug's one click root (and flashing to CWM too).

When I went into recovery mode though, it shows a red exclamation mark.

How do I fix this? I am a noob, and my bootloader is unlocked (when Google boot logo shows, the lock is unlocked still).

I was trying to manually flash the 4.1.1 OTA update from the zip file direct on Google's site.

edit: rooted the phone again to get CWM flash back. When I loaded the 4.1 JB Rom, it was stock so it was confus-ed.

So you got the error when entering into recovery? Or when trying to flash JB?

My GNex is bone stock (aside for spps) and I get that same Droid when I try to enter the Recovery Mode screen.
