Will flashing the Takju factory image wipe my phone's data?
Noobish question, here, but will it? I'm on Yakju now, and I installed the Takju Jelly Bean update no problem, do I still need to flash the Takju factory image? Will it wipe the sdcard partition in doing so?
And yes, my bootloader is unlocked. If I've been of assistance help me get some more Dropbox space

Wait.. you applied a takju OTA file to a yakju phone? That can't be right... need some clarification on what you've actually done to the phone. When you go into Google Maps > Settings > About, what does it say under "Device"?
If you're flashing completely from yakju to takju it'll wipe because you're replacing the entire OS.
Why are you doing this though? For all intents and purposes, yakju and takju are the exact same as far as software and updates go. Its just a small distinction of being preloaded with Google Wallet. There's no "need" to go to takju if you're already yakju.LG Nexus 4 // T-Mobile
