Re: Mms on straight talk help!
Just thought I would give my resolution to this. I have since switched back to a 4s and couldn't get my mms working on it either ( i did the jailbreak tether me method). Turns out, it had something to do with the network. I called straight talk and told them I had switched sims around and knew it was a problem with my account /network. He did something and told me to take the sim out for 60 and put back in and everything works as it should. I dreaded calling them, but I actually got someone who spoke pretty good English!!

Re: Mms on straight talk help!
Hello,
I will post my resolution to this problem... I called straight talk and they said to put in this setting for MMS proxy : mms2.tracfone.com
not the 66.209.11.33 setting that other sources say.
Save the setting... I have to reboot the phone for the change to take effect. - 11-20-2012, 03:49 PM #30

Re: Mms on straight talk help!
someone at straight talk fat-fingered the settings on the instruction page....
THE CORRECT MMS PROXY FOR SENDING MMS IS 66.209.11.32 (not 66.209.11.33)
if you ping the mms2.tracfone.com, it resolves to 66.209.11.32
apn type = default,supl,mms
but im pretty sure if u just enter in apn type using an asterix "*" (no quotes, just a *) it will cover everythingLast edited by death2verizon; 01-10-2013 at 08:05 AM. Reason: removed info potentially illegal to provide
