Help!! phone and computer icons with yellow triangle

Hi, experts, help needed here.

My galaxy nexus was 4.0.4 perviously, then I OTA it to 4.1.1 and everything work fine for couples months. But about 1 week ago, when i tried to update an App then an odd thing happeded, right after i pressed the update bottle, screen fliker happened, then the phone stopped responds, after I pull the battey out then put it in, the phone just kept restarting over and over, just give me an google logo with a un-locked icon...

at the very begining, i can get into the recovery mode and I tried to flash with the Galaxy Nexus toolkit, but everytime right after press the start botten, then screen fliker occurs - and it even occured while i tried to wipe the phone.

I tried to use the odin tool as well, but still, everytime right after start flash, screen fliker occurs and odin hung there. And the worse thing is, after my last try with Odin, now my phone is showing a phone connects to a computer icons and a yellow triangle...

my phone's unlocked but never rooted BTW.. Is there a hope? Thanks in advance.
