No OS Installed? Are you sure you wish to reboot?
I just tried to do a full wipe to upgrade to AOKP b4 and I backed up my SD card and tried to wipe it to start fresh. I knew I would have to boot up and then reset the phone again after I moved AOKP.zip to the SD card, but I cant do the initial boot up to get the file on the SD partition. HELP!!??!! Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm confused.
Did you somehow wipe the phone to the point where it can't boot to any version of Android?

And therein lies your problem. On phones/tablets with an actual SD card slot this is the way to do it. Did you try a factory reset?I just tried to do a full wipePat

+1 on the adb push... If your in custom recovery you can push a ROM file using ADB.
