Does anyone have difficulty switching between the Nexus and other devices? I also have an SIII and just can't get comfortable with a skinned device compared to the stock Android experience when I switch between the two. Has anyone heard anything else about the next Nexus? Just curious to see what everyone's thoughts are.

We know nothing officially about the next Nexus. All we have are a bunch of baseless conflicting rumors .

If there's one thing people seem to agree on it's that we'll be hearing something very soon.

Yes I wouldn't put my worst enemy on a skinned phone...Oh wait sorry Fred(My brother)... I recommended the S3 to him and he bought 2. Spending $350 X 2 for a phone wasn't an option and he bought 2 i4S@$200 per, as well. Poor SOB.
