Flashing CNA

I just flashed CNA and for some reason it kept all of my settings and apps. Normally when I flash a new ROM I have to set it up by downloading all apps again. Does any one know why this happened? Maybe I've been doing it wrong all along lol.

This means you didn't do a complete data wipe before flashing the ROM. You just flashed it right over the top of your previous one.

It can, and its generally not advised that you flash this way. Usually when switching between different ROMs you should wipe your data. Updating to a newer version of the same ROM, not wiping data is usually okay.
