    Default Any way to uninstall Google+?

    Its wasting my battery and frankly I never use it. Is there anyway to uninstall it? And also the g+ messenger?

    Settings->Apps->All
    Find Google+. Click on it. Then uninstall updates and then disable. That will move it to the bottom of the list and disable it.
    Do the same with any other apps.

    Is exchange services belong to built-in email app? Can i disable it? I dont use built-in email

    i found it , uninstalled the updates but , i can't find any disable button :|

    Once it's been uninstalled it will only appear in the ALL list of apps (the furthermost right list). Once you select it in there it will have the disable button.
