Howdy!

My wife has a Verizon GNex, and it is having some crazy battery drain issues. I know the GNex doesn't have stellar battery life to begin with, but I'm talking about 3 to 4 hours and it is dead, slightly longer with the extended battery.

I've been trying to find out what is draining the battery so much, but as many of you probably know the built in battery monitor isn't always helpful. So, I did some research and found out about better battery stats. I've done some reading, but I could use a little help if anyone would be willing.

I had her charge the battery the other night and then told her to leave it unplugged during the night. The next morning I dumped the file and started to read though it. I've included it below. Could anyone please help me out a bit here?

It might be more helpful to provide a list of everything that is running after you first start the phone. Also, did she shutdown and charge or simply charge? It's difficult to tell what might be running upon startup and what was left over from an earlier session if she didn't shut down first.

I had her charge the phone, unplug it, restart, then let it sit all night. What we have here is everything that starts at boot.

Also, it looks like while your screen was on for only 29 seconds, the processor was working for over 1 hour. That seems odd to me, and you thus likely have a misbehaving app that is keeping the phone going while it is "asleep".

Yeah... we live in an area where there's not much signal. I know that is part of the reason... to help we keep 4g off (since we have none yet) so it isn't looking for towers.

I'm going to switch to mmuzzy's rom. Don't know if it will help, but she's having other issues with the phone... random reboots, time isn't keeping in sync, weird stuff.
