    Default Cache clearing

Does clearing a particular cache file of an app in the apps list stop it from restarting itself after it has been killed?

for the most part using all RAM only has pro. unused RAM is wasted RAM.
if apps are in RAM they open faster.

Android does a better job in releasing RAM when other apps need them.

If you are really worried about it, do not download apps that start on boot unless there is a reasonable need for them to do so.
