-Turn off Wifi and data.
-Force stop & clear data for Google Services Framework under settings/apps/all
-Turn on Wifi
-Check now for updates under settings/about phone/System updates
(you may have to do this process more than once)
(you will need to enable google location services again, just open google maps and it will prompt you)

This worked for my takju Gnex and my nexus 7

I had been checking all day for updates and got both updates immediately by doing the above. I have no idea why this works!

Bluetooth issue has been resolved on my nexus 7 :)

Happy Days!

Just got my update. So far so good, a bit smoother than before. Toggling of settings is a good addition.

The Google services framework trick worked this time for me to push the update to my phone.

Now my playstore doesn't work! Don't do framework trick unless you're planning to do a factory reset after update
Sky I see you did a factory reset...but for anyone else. Under accounts I deleted my Google account, then signed back in. That fixed the Play Store error.

Also got the update this afternoon for my N7. So only the N4 is left.

I got my update too.Quite honestly not much difference. Although I've noticed Chrome to be a lot faster now... or that could be just me..
