Hi,

Before I sent my GNEX off for repairs it was on Android 4.2 (through OTA updates). It was on ICS when I got it back and it immediately updated to 4.1.2. It is not going any further...

Its now on build: JZ054K.I9250XWLK3

Can I expect an OTA? I'd prefer not to have to flash a rom but will if I absolutely have to.

Thanks
Dennis

Where did you send it for repairs?

And if you haven't tried, try doing a factory reset and keep hitting update, usually in a few minutes you should get an ota.

Hi,

The OTA is not happening, I looked at Google's site for the factory image and there is none for 4.2.1 and "JZO54K" looks like the correct build, so I believe that 4.2.2 is still rolling out and 4.2.1 is on hold/unavailable. My Nexus 7 just got 4.2.2 so I'll see how long it takes my GNEX to get it (for now). Thanks

Hi, I am experiencing the same issues here.
Had 4.2 on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Sent it for repairs. They returned a refurbished version with base version I9250XXLF1 and Build JZ054K.I9250XWLK3.
Now it won't do an OTA to version 4.2.

Any help much appreciated.

Thank you very much.

I had to flash the Google version to get it working. I had to do that twice because of a issue after the first flash...

I will go look at the article again. It was either on CNET or Engadget. Said something about 4.3 being out before Key lime.
