Can I Downgrade back to the 4.2.1 update?!

I recently updated to 4.2.2 and i no longer can connect to the 4G / 3G Network . So is it possible for me to roll back to 4.2.1 please help!!

Yes. Re install the 4.2.1 from recovery mode.

How can I downgrade or re-install 4.2.1 by the method you said , can you give a step-by step procedure? I have 4.2.2 on my nexus 4 don't like it.

Factory reset - does not bring back your stock version , it just deletes your own apps data and bring the memory to factory conditions.

I know that but factory reset will fix the 4G/3G issue

I agree in most cases a reset will fix problems associated with an upgrade. I'm running 4.2.2 with zero problems.
