Im guilty. Ive had posts on here about poor battery life. My phone isnt even a year old and the battery life just had become horrible. To the point it was 2 recharges per day.

I blamed the OS and updates because it just didnt seem like the battery should be gone. I was getting 9-10 hours on average. I could unplug it fully charged and leave it over night and it would only have 30% left in the morning.

Finally I bought a new OEM replacement and BAM! Problem solved.

So, before complaining about the updates killing your battery...try a new $10 battery.

What is your on screen time? I could get that with my stock battery if I just look at my phone but not touch it. I usually have 5-6 hours onscreen time with my 3500 extended battery but never with a stock 1850, ever. 2-3 hours onscreen max on stock battery with wifi and everything else turned off.
