Assorted Issues

So, I've been a Galaxy Nexus owner for about a year - but I've got some issues.

• Extremely poor WiFi reception. Consistently half the speed of my iPhone 4S's WiFi - same test app, server, and location.
• Browser (AOSP) takes up a ton of battery life.
• Chrome is extremely laggy.
• Random home screen lag. Goes away when wallpaper is changed, but comes back.

Can anyone help me with some of these issues? I've been posting on other forums, and I've yet to get a satisfactory response. Thanks!

PS: I'm running a completely stock install of 4.2.2 - stock kernel, ROM, etc.

Yeah, I've done multiple restores (without backups) and complete wipes/reinstalls of the OS.

Have you replaced the battery? What OS 4.2.2? When did the problems start? Did it work well recently?
