My Samsung Galaxy Nexus keeps turning OFF every time i put it to sleep for more then 10 sec, after i have to reboot it from start and keeps doing this no matter what i do. I also Factory rest it but, its still the same

When did you get the phone? And has it been doing that ever since you got it or just recently? I would have suggested returning it or something but google play store doesn't sell nexus anymore just the nexus 4. It could be defective. If it is defective there's not much you could do besides trying to sell it as is on ebay or craigslist or something and buy the Nexus 4.
