Google Nexus galaxy phoneOk...here's the problemMy wife's galaxy 3 has a feature called driving mode where the phone reads incoming texts out loud. I thought it was cool so I went browsing on my settings and didn't see a "driving mode." but I did find a "talk back option under accessibility I think. Then suddenly my phone requires a double tap for every app or thing I want to use or do. So now I went back into the phone settings and "Accessibility" is down below the top options. Problem is with the double tap requirement, I cannot swipe (scroll) downward to make the accessibility option visible to touch. Any suggestions? Hope I explained it properly..... from settings menu I cannot scroll down now because double tap is selected and it prevents scrolling down or up.
