battery life issues gnex 4.2.1

I had 43% when I first got into cheddar's to eat dinner and I only used the phone lightly for 35 minutes and the charge went down to 12%!

I only had 3G on, no GPS, no BT and only had my browser, gmail, and outlook open.

Most likely you got into a bad area for 3g reception and it gobbled down the battery struggling to keep that radio active.

Not to mention the GNex has just been plagued with battery issues since its release... No official updates, rooting and roming, kernels, etc. have ever made things much better for this Samsung made Nexus

The 3G was good actually. I had 4 bars there.
