HBO GO won't work?

Hi all,

Just got my Revue a few days ago. I have used HBO GO on my laptop and HTC Thunderbolt successfully.. but when I enter my Comcast username & password on my Revue, it returns to the HBO GO screen and says 'system error' or something like that.

Can anyone help me out?

make sure you are signed in as the primary. Also if you have not changed your Comcast password lately, you should do so. There are some new requirements for the password that seem to mess things up if you are not set to them now. Like you have to have a number or special characters, and one capital letters.

Try going to xfinitytv.com and login there to make sure you have your login information correct on the Revue.
I have a one word password it worked yesterday on HBO Go.

Thanks for the suggestions. I actually didn't do anything different but go back to the HBO shortcut from the home menu and it worked. Guess it was just a hiccup on HBO's end?
