What's On Channel List Working For The 1st Time

The channel list in What's On on my Logitech Revue has never worked. I'd originally called tech support and they explained it was not functional consistently with anything other than Dish Network (I have DirecTv). Jazzed that its working -just wondering if anyone experienced same and/or knows why. I've also noticed some new choices in my Spotlight.

Spotlight has changed a few times in the last few months, because it is just a website feed. I haven't tried What's On in a while, since it never worked before; I use Comcast.

Always works perfect for me. I have Cablevision here on Long Island.
