CardioTrainer. Although I've gone to a Garmin watch / foot pod to track my runs, I'm still using CardioTrainer to log everything due to the historical data and the accessibility on my phone.

I'm currently using Runkeeper to keep track of my walking and running, the Spark People application to keep track of my food intake, and 100 pushups to help remind me to do something resembling strength training from time to time.

I also use Podtrapper to keep my podcast habit going while running.

JEFit. Animations, workout routines, and it will keep track of your progress. It also has many exercises to choose from and a.circuit training ability.

I'm a big RunKeeper fan. I can slip my DInc2 into a Belkin Arm Band, plug in my headphones and listen to music and RunKeeper voice tell me how far I've traveled. I can concentrate more on my running which is good.

Endomondo Pro - works great and I like supporting developers. Tried MyFitnessPro but on mine the Pro version still had ads - that is a big foul for me - so I dumped

Calorie Counter and Diet Tracker by MyFitnessPal one of the top rated android phone. A free app that lets you to know track how many calories you have taken. This would help to reduce the calorie intake and get rid of body weight.

Best for Tracking Runs: Cardiotrainer Pro. I've tried Endomodo, Runkeeper, and adidas miCoach but Cardiotrainer is the most intuitive, has the most features and has a nice UI.

Best for Weight Lifting: JEFIT Pro. The best hands down, nothing comes close

JEFIT Pro for my weightlifting workouts.

    MyFitnessPal for counting calories.

Also will sometimes use the Fitbit app for my daily steps taken. I have my fitbit to sync with MyFitnessPal so that eliminates me having to log into Fitbit so much.

I am a newbie at the gym and have read a lot of great things about Jefit but it seems too advanced for me. I downloaded a free app with videos that walks you thru each exercise which makes going to the gym a little less intimidating for me as a beginner. It is called PT Fitness Pro.

I used cardio trainer pro when I was running. They didn't update it ics though and it would force close if I tried to change settings.

Every Trail. Hands down - the best app I've used. Far better than Endomodo, Strava or MyTracks for any outdoor/trail-based activity. Definitely deserves to be an App of the Week. Great app and great web site as well.
