I have found running on the treadmill so much more enjoyable since I started playing PS3 or Xbox while I run. I start out at 6mph to warm up and get up to 7.5mph before my cool down around 4mph. I run for about 35 to 40 minutes and cool down for about 20. Has any one else tried this?
I have a board placed across the arms of my treadmill and any time that I would normally sit and use my laptop i put the laptop on the board and walk at a 2 mph clip. It may not be much but considering I was sitting with my laptop for several hours a day it's a pretty good use of time.
